Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it.

• Products must be in the original packaging.

• A return request form must be filled out to initiate the process.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged Items

• If your product arrives damaged, please fill out the Return Request Form below within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage along with your order details. We will review your claim and work with you on a suitable resolution.
