DIRECTIONS
Twist the bottom of the stick to release the balm and apply directly to dry or rough areas such as elbows, knees, hands, or feet. Gently massage the balm into your skin for full absorption. The smell is medicinal, but good, and the texture is divine. It is a little more oily than Im used to, but that is probably why its suggested for overnight use.
